This Privacy Policy explains how Bilingual Agents Group (“Bilingual Agents,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use our services. We connect US businesses with vetted bilingual remote agents from Latin America.
Information you give us. When you submit our form, book a call, sign an agreement, or onboard, we collect details such as your name, company name, company size, industry, work email, the role you want to fill, scheduling details, and billing information needed to process a payment.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our providers may collect device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring links, and similar usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools.
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, and advertising. This may include tools such as Google Analytics / Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which can set cookies and collect usage data to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising through your ad-platform settings (for example, Google Ads Settings and Meta ad preferences).
When you contact us or submit your details, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiry by email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp at the details you provide. With your consent where required, we may send marketing messages. You can opt out at any time — reply STOP to texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or email us. Opting out of marketing doesn’t stop essential service messages about an active engagement. Message and data rates may apply.
We share information with service providers who help us operate, under contracts that limit their use of it, including: website hosting (Vercel), data storage (Supabase), scheduling (Calendly), e-signature (DocuSign), email delivery (Resend), workflow automation (Make), messaging (WhatsApp / Meta), payment processing (LastPay, lastpay.io), and analytics & advertising providers (Google, Meta). We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any right, email business@bilingualagentsgroup.com; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
If you are a California resident, you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. The categories we collect are described in Section 1. To make a request, email us at the address above.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them. You can still control tracking through the cookie and ad-platform controls described in Section 3.
We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement. For transparency: parts of our Site were built with the assistance of AI tools, and we may use automation to route inquiries internally — a person remains responsible for decisions that affect you.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we do not store full payment-card details (payments are handled by our payment provider). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use our services from outside the US, you understand your information will be processed in the US, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date.
